Customer Service Representative

A growing company with a customer service group that handles up to 2000 calls per week, is seeking the following key person:

Individual must be dynamic in their presentation to the customer.
Must be able to learn at a rapid pace.
Must have the ability to be organized and be creative in telemarketing (without offending).
Multi-tasking essential.
Good verbal and written communication skills a must.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar work environment.
Knowledge of the compressor industry.
